An important part of the eMortgageSolution program emphasizes careful steps to
assure confidentiality with respect to applications and credit reports.
Your credit report will be run "off-line", ("not via the web"), in a private
environment.
Only one (1) credit report will be run.
Your credit report will never be placed on the web.
Your information, will be placed in a secure "off line" file.
Only the relevant professionals that will be working on your file, will have
access to your file.
Your credit file WILL NOT be mass broadcast to dozens or perhaps hundreds of
lenders for virtual public review. Instead, specific wholesale lenders will be
singled out; essentially for your own customized and confidential auction which
will involve only that select group of lenders that will be most likely to
offer genuine interest in your file.
